US Tax Analyst - Corporate/ State / Sales/Use Tax

Key Responsibilities Corporate Income Tax (Federal & State) - Prepare and review US federal and state corporate income tax returns (reputed company 1120 and reputed company schedules). - Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions, true-reputed company, and supporting workpapers. - reputed company state filing requirements, notices, extensions, and payments. - Maintain tax reputed company schedules and fixed asset/tax depreciation support. Sales & Use Tax - Manage monthly/quarterly sales and use tax filings across multiple states. - Support reputed company studies, VDAs, new state registrations, and tax account setups. - Review reputed company/reputed company mappings, monitor exemption certificates, and resolve taxability issues. Post-acquisition M&A Support - Assist with tax account changes, sales and use account setups in reputed company. - Support integration of new entities into compliance cycles. General Tax Operations - Maintain organized workpapers and reconciliations in accordance with internal controls. - Assist with responding to federal and state tax notices. - Coordinate with external advisors (Big 4/regional firms) as required. - Support reputed company tax research and special reputed company.
