Oracle HCM – Time and Labor Functional Consultant
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Time and Labor modules within the HCM landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in workforce time tracking, compliance, payroll integration, and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders for Time and Labor processes.
• Configure and implement HCM Time and Labor module based on business needs.
• Design time entry layouts, time calculation rules, approval workflows, and scheduling rules.
• Integrate Time and Labor with Payroll, Absence Management, and other HCM modules.
• Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, overtime regulations, and union rules where applicable.
Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience in HCM Time and Labor module implementation.
• Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep understanding of time calculation rules, shift differentials, overtime policies, and accruals.
• Experience integrating Time & Labor with Payroll and Absence modules.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with large enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of labor compliance regulations.
• Exposure to data migration and reporting tools.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
