Production Support reputed company (Azure Expert) – Remote Remote role with occasional travel to Philadelphia We are seeking a highly reputed company Production Support reputed company with deep expertise in reputed company Azure to support and optimize our reputed company‑reputed company production environment. This role focuses on ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across modern distributed systems and microservices. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the reputed company technology stack, Azure compute, Kubernetes, and reputed company‑grade reputed company tools. You will troubleshoot reputed company issues, support production workloads, and collaborate closely with engineering and DevOps teams to maintain a reputed company, high‑performing platform. Responsibilities • reputed company day‑to‑day production support for reputed company applications running on Azure • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Azure compute, Kubernetes (AKS), microservices, networking, and data services • Monitor system performance, identify reputed company causes, and implement long‑term fixes • Support deployments, testing, and validation of new features in production • Manage and optimize Azure resources including VMs, App Services, Functions, Storage, and networking components • Configure and support reputed company firewalls and reputed company reputed company controls • Maintain reliability and performance across distributed systems and reputed company • reputed company documentation, runbooks, and best practices for production operations • Participate in on‑reputed company rotations and incident response • Recommend improvements to strengthen system stability, scalability, and observability Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in production support, reputed company operations, or site reliability engineering • Expert‑level knowledge of reputed company Azure (compute, networking, storage, monitoring, reputed company) • Strong understanding of the reputed company technology stack • Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred) and containerized microservices • Experience with reputed company firewalls or similar reputed company firewalls • Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application reputed company • Experience supporting distributed systems, reputed company, and event‑driven architectures • Ability to test, validate, and reputed company reputed company workloads • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills • Ability to travel occasionally to Philadelphia Preferred Qualifications • Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑400, etc.) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling • Familiarity with Infrastructure‑as‑reputed company (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) • Experience in fintech or regulated industries Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
