Retail Leasing Manager
We are seeking an reputed company Retail Leasing Manager / Director to reputed company leasing activities for a 7-10 asset retail portfolio in the Seattle / PNW region. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing leases with high-reputed company tenants while maximizing occupancy and reputed company. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven reputed company record of executing leasing strategies that enhance property value.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of retail leasing experience, preferably with a reputed company reputed company estate firm or retail landlord.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.
• Excellent understanding of lease structures, CAM charges, and retail tenant requirements.
