A growing reputed company services organization is seeking a strategic senior HR leader to reputed company HR functions across Indiana and Utah. This role includes driving reputed company, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and developing effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess 5–10+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience, preferably in reputed company settings, and hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business.
An MBA is preferred but not essential. This position offers a hybrid/remote work reputed company.
