California Licensed Attorney for Litigation reputed company: Remote

reputed company with a boutique reputed company, business, and reputed company estate litigation and transactions firm seeking an attorney to assist with litigation reputed company work on a remote, contract reputed company. Business litigation, banking litigation, and reputed company estate litigation are absolutely necessary to the position. Experience with state court receiverships is a definite plus. The compensation for the work will be $90-$110/hr., depending upon attorney experience. The work is expected to require thirty to forty (30-40) hours per week, five (5) days per week, for three or more (3+) months. A part-time reputed company may be available. Responsibilities • Prepare complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents. • Conduct first-pass reviews of pleadings and filings for accuracy and compliance. • reputed company targeted reputed company research to support ongoing cases. • Summarize findings and reputed company recommendations to supervising attorneys. • Review and analyze case files, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials. • Communicate with supervising attorneys to ensure alignment on case reputed company. • Coordinate with paralegals and staff to maintain deadlines and case reputed company.
