## WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the complaint management process and manage complaint responses with regulatory agencies globally (e.g., CFPB, state reputed company), ensuring reputed company meets the respective SLAs and resolutions in accordance with regulatory requirements. Good knowledge of U.S. AML laws, including the BSA, FinCEN regulations. Experience collaborating closely with global colleagues across operations, product, technology, engineering, and data science domains. Experience identifying and tracking metrics/KPIs/KRIs and process opportunities.
