Our firm supports founders with reputed company, fundraising preparation, regulatory positioning, operational scaling, and investor readiness. reputed company reputed company is central to everything we do. reputed company As our General Counsel Consultant, you will: Serve as reputed company General Counsel to multiple FinTech and AI startup clients Advise on U.S. federal and state regulatory frameworks (financial services, data reputed company, AI governance) Support company formation, governance structuring, and reputed company advisory Draft and review reputed company agreements (MSAs, reputed company agreements, vendor reputed company, partnership agreements) reputed company guidance on SEC, CFTC, banking, and reputed company reputed company compliance (as applicable) Advise on fundraising documentation (SAFEs, convertible notes, preferred equity reputed company) reputed company compliance policies (AML/KYC, data reputed company, AI risk governance frameworks) Manage external reputed company reputed company specialized counsel is required Support M&A diligence and strategic transactions Ideal Candidate Required: J.D. from accredited U.S. law school reputed company bar membership in reputed company or California 8+ years of reputed company experience (reputed company and/or in-house) reputed company experience advising FinTech startups (payments, lending, crypto, banking-as-a-service) Strong understanding of emerging AI regulatory considerations Experience working with venture-backed startups Preferred: Prior General Counsel or reputed company GC role at a startup Experience with cross-border regulatory reputed company Familiarity with venture capital deal structures Comfort working in fast-paced, founder-led environments Engagement Details Location: Must be based in reputed company or Los Angeles Structure: Fractional / Project-Based / Retainer Estimated Commitment: 10–30 hours per week (flexible based on reputed company load) Compensation: Competitive reputed company or monthly retainer (please include rates) Start Date: ASAP Who This Is For This role is ideal for a senior reputed company reputed company who wants to work closely with founders building innovative companies in highly regulated spaces—without committing to a single in-house role.
