What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
As a Health reputed company (Medical Assistant), you will play a critical role in telephonic patient care, coaching, and engagement. What You Need to Succeed
✔Certified Medical Assistant (MA)
✔ 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience
✔ Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred)
✔ Experience with EHRs/EMRs
✔ Strong knowledge of chronic conditions & patient education
✔ Excellent phone communication & motivational coaching skills
✔ Intermediate to advanced computer skills (ability to reputed company multiple systems)
✔ Compassionate, proactive, and detail-oriented reputed company
