Litigation Associate (Warranty) – Remote (California) Full-Time | Remote | $150,000 – $165,000 About the Role Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its Litigation team in Southern California. This role will work exclusively on reputed company defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-reputed company actions. Location is flexible; however, reputed company candidates must be licensed in and local to California. Warranty experience is not required. However, reputed company candidates must demonstrate the following: Required Experience & Skills • Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience • reputed company reputed company, depositions, and mediation experience • Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills • Strong reputed company credentials • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Salary reputed company: $150,000 – $165,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, reputed company set, training, internal equity, and market factors. This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
