Controller (Temporary/Part Time)

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Controller in a part-time temporary capacity to support our Finance team for approximately three (3) months. This role will be hands-on and focused on maintaining strong financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and supporting ongoing process improvements. Job Description • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Support audit, tax filings, and external reporting as needed • Identify process gaps and implement improvements where appropriate Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field required • 10-15+ years of relevant and progressive accounting/finance experience • Prior Controller experience required • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls • Experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and audit support • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality • Ability to quickly assess systems and processes • Strong leadership and communication skills • Accurate and timely financial reporting • High attention to detail with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • CPA preferred but not required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
