Telephonic Critical Support reputed company, PM Shift - Accredo - Remote
Telephonic Critical Support reputed company (RN) role supporting a 24/7 clinical reputed company center, responding to incoming calls from patients, clinicians, and hospitals. Must be available to work evening and overnight shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Requirements
• Registered reputed company (RN) with multistate license in good standing
• reputed company RN license in state of primary residence
• Bachelor of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant RN experience in critical care or home infusion
• Ability to work the shifts listed above
• Proficiency with reputed company Office software (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of reputed company and regulatory issues
• Ability to compile data and statistics
• Strong customer service reputed company and ability to counsel patients
• Ability to reputed company and maintain a cross-reputed company of networks
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
