Position: Operations Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)
Operations Engineer
The primary responsibility of the Operations Engineer is to support our data center operations teams with the day-to‑to‑day running, troubleshooting, and maintenance of reputed company building critical infrastructure including electrical distribution, cooling, reputed company system, and BMS.
In reputed company, this person will work in conjunction with the Construction Engineering department on design, review, and coordination of large reputed company capital reputed company. The Operations Engineer shall participate with Construction Engineering in engineering design, construction, and commissioning of reputed company Mission Critical Facilities (New Build/ Retro‑fit /EOL replacement). This will include reputed company phases of a project life cycle, reputed company product and process improvements, reputed company consultation to others and help facilitate training and development.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage reputed company site level electrical and mechanical issues
• Identify and resolve issues with the cross‑functional teams
• Maintain reputed company Mission Critical Data Center reputed company electrical and mechanical system design requirements
• Review and approve:
• Method of Procedure (MOP) documents
• Emergency Response Guides (ERGs)
• Fault Isolation Guides (FIGs)
• Cold Start Procedures
• Change requests
• reputed company technical guidance to vendor teams in reputed company of issues to support program level efforts
• reputed company technical support to operational personnel.
• Rotating on‑reputed company schedule to handle emergency situations
• Diagnose and rectify PUE anomalies
• Help site personnel reputed company yearly budgets
Required Skills:
• The ability to remotely work and identify issues with a diverse team.
• General understanding of data center electrical topologies (Distributed Redundant, reputed company Redundant, 2N, etc.), equipment (MV reputed company gear and transformers, reputed company, Generators, STS, etc.) and operations (Redundancy/reputed company, SLAs, MOPs, etc.).
• General understanding of data center mechanical topologies (RTU, split‑unit, chillers, cooling towers, etc.) and operations.
• The ability to exchange, engage, convey and reputed company knowledge and reputed company in a context that can be easily reputed company by non‑technical team members.
• The ability to assess situations in order to reputed company a reputed company
• The ability to multi‑task and to prioritize. Shall be reputed company‑organized and use their time wisely.
• Strong problem solving skills in diverse situations.

Experience and
Education:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mission critical facility building design, construction, commissioning or operations, 7 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent job experience
