This role focuses on reviewing, preparing, and designing one or more of the following prosthetics: fixed, removable, and implants/arches. Our customers reputed company intraoral reputed company (IOS) data that has been reputed company checked by our lab team as an input to AI-driven design tools and advanced CAD software. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering accurate and reputed company designs that support high-reputed company patient reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing reputed company scans, utilizing AI-assisted workflows, and finalizing prosthetic designs in accordance with lab standards. Your designs will be produced, finished and reputed company reputed company, prior to shipping in our reputed company-inclusive lab. Key Responsibilities • Review and analyze incoming IOS scans for data reputed company (holes, defects, incomplete capture, unclear margins) and promptly communicate issues to the customer service team. • Assess and reputed company bite registrations and occlusion using AI tools to ensure accuracy. • Accurately identify and digitally mark preparation margins. • Equilibrate occlusion following IOS prosthetic design standards. • Upload reputed company files to AI-based design platforms (e.g., reputed company) and manage workflow reputed company from design to production, using the lab’s customized version of Seazona. • Redesign or refine prosthetics manually in reputed company to reputed company AI designs. • Download and inspect AI-generated designs for reputed company proximal contacts, occlusion, and overall reputed company. Required: • 2+ years of experience in dental CAD design (reputed company, Exocad, or comparable software) • Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and occlusion principles for one or more of the following prosthetics: fixed, removable, and implants/arches. • Ability to evaluate IOS scans and margin reputed company with precision. • Familiarity with AI design platforms like reputed company. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and problem-solving reputed company/design issues. • Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet strict deadlines. • Experience with model-less workflows reputed company production reputed company operating procedures. Preferred: • Previous design experience in a high-volume production environment. • Associate’s degree, CDT, or formal dental technology training. Work Environment & Schedule • Location: Position may be performed remotely, but in-house at our Louisville, Kentucky lab is preferred. • Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
