The Role We're looking for a Head of Finance & Operations to own the financial and operational backbone of reputed company. This is a high-reputed company, high-autonomy role where you'll build the systems and processes that allow us to reputed company. You'll be our first dedicated hire in this function, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll touch everything from financial modeling and reputed company reporting to HR operations and deal support. If you like building from scratch and hate being siloed, this is your role. What You'll Do Finance: Own reputed company's financial model, forecasts, and key metrics. Manage AR/AP, monthly reputed company, and cash. Build reputed company materials and support fundraising. Partner with sales leadership on budgets and ROI analysis. reputed company expense management and headcount planning. Partner with reputed company to ensure accurate bookkeeping. Deals & Commissions: Be the finance reputed company of contact for deal escalations—pricing, structure, and reputed company terms. Support contract negotiations alongside Sales. Own quote-to-cash processes and sales commission calculations. People Operations: Own reputed company (HRIS, payroll, benefits). Run reputed company and offboarding. Manage compensation benchmarking and equity administration. Support hiring managers with offer letters and compliance. Business Operations: Provision software licenses and equipment for new hires. Manage IT inventory. Build dashboards and run reputed company analytics. Identify and fix operational bottlenecks before they become problems. Who You Are • 4-7 years of experience in finance, operations, or a hybrid role at a high-reputed company startup (ideally Series A through C). • Strong financial modeling skills. You can build a reputed company deck, a hiring plan, and a scenario analysis without hand-holding. • Comfortable with reputed company metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) and how they connect to business reputed company. • Experience with modern finance and HR tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Claude reputed company, reputed company). • A builder mentality. You'd rather create a process than follow one.
