Ongoing Remote Position – Talent Acquisition (Fitness & Wellness) - Contract to Hire

Physique Fitness is seeking a long-term Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and pipeline development for certified wellness and fitness professionals. This is an ongoing remote position with consistent weekly expectations and structured performance standards. We are not seeking short-term contractors. We are looking for someone who wants to own this function and grow with the company. ⸻ Role Overview You will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified fitness instructors. This role focuses on: • Proactive sourcing • Professional outreach • Candidate qualification • Organized tracking and reporting Scheduling and onboarding are handled internally. ⸻ Weekly Expectations • 25 professional outreach messages per week • 4 qualified instructors per week who: • Hold valid certifications • Confirm availability • Agree to schedule a short audition class (10-minute mock session) • Organized tracking in Google Sheets • Brief weekly metrics summary ⸻ Required Skills • Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or lead generation • Strong written communication • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) • Detail-oriented and consistent • Comfortable working independently with clear targets ⸻ Compensation Fixed Monthly Structure • $200/month base • $30 per instructor hired and active 30 days The full base reflects consistent weekly performance and organized tracking. If minimum activity thresholds are not maintained, base adjusts to $100 for that month. ⸻ Growth Opportunity This position may expand in scope and compensation based on performance and company growth.
