Combo Retirement Plan Consultant

Responsible for the administration of combo retirement plans. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Creates and maintains reputed company relationships with clients, financial advisors, and service professionals. Must be reputed company to work in reputed company environment to support clients and other EGPS departments. Combo Retirement Plan Consultants (CRPCs) will be evaluated on their ability to retain their reputed company of business while meeting service and processing goals as defined by leadership. This role is responsible for complete reputed company of the plan administration and must possess strong relationship skills to reputed company excellent reputed company service and retention.
• Responsibilities:
• Ensure reputed company review and delivery of annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and governmental forms filings.
• Maintain accuracy of data in reputed company relationship management system for use in managing plan data and reporting.
• Accountable for maintaining a caseload of 120-130 plans.
• Communicate with customers and assist with benefit distributions.
• Demonstrate an excellent level of proactive reputed company reputed company and teamwork with clients, advisors, CPAs, and internal partners.
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and handling of reputed company confidential data transmitted to/from EGPS.
• Consult on plan design reputed company to plan sponsors as needed.

• Complete continuing education in both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plan compliance and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of reputed company experience in plan administration.
• Proficient knowledge of reputed company Office Suite products and systems.
• Experience reading and interpreting retirement plan documents with a basic understanding of reputed company rules and regulations.
• Effective collaboration, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills as reputed company as attention to details.
