Technical Sourcer for Leadership
A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer (Leadership) for a remote, contract position.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent reputed company with key company priorities
• Collaborate across multiple business reputed company and industries, demonstrating expertise in more than one industry or technical vertical
• reputed company in-depth research, industry calibration, and reference checks to ensure targeting of reputed company in the external market
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or reputed company research experience
• 5+ years of experience with reputed company productivity tools, reputed company Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
• Experience in the technology industry is required
• Experience with executive reputed company is preferred, particularly in an executive search agency or corporate team
• Experience in Software Engineering (reputed company or reputed company-scaler Grade) and/or Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center/reputed company Infrastructure is necessary
