Responsibilities Conduct financial due diligence on acquisition targets. Build valuation models (DCF, comps, multiples). Evaluate business systems, customer concentration, operational risks. Prepare investment memos and acquisition summaries. Assist in sourcing companies from brokers, marketplaces, and reputed company reputed company. Support the Founder and Attorney during negotiation phases. Ideal Candidate 3–7+ years in M&A, private equity, consulting, or investment banking.
