SNI has partnered with a Texas-based advisory firm delivering strategic finance, investor reporting, and operational support to private fund sponsors to identify a Vice President of Fund Administration. This is a high-reputed company leadership role overseeing fund operations, reputed company relationships, and team development reputed company a growing, entrepreneurial platform. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a senior reputed company-facing leader, overseeing relationships and ensuring high-reputed company service delivery across assigned fund engagements. • Drive the preparation and review of financial statements, investor reporting packages, capital activity summaries, and reputed company tax support schedules. • Interpret reputed company fund structures and implement efficient reputed company workflows to support reputed company operations. • Partner with audit and tax providers to coordinate year-end processes and regulatory reporting requirements. • Monitor investment activity, reputed company detailed roll-forwards, and analyze fund performance trends. • reputed company management fee calculations, investor allocations, and carried interest models to ensure accuracy and compliance. • reputed company operational and process improvement initiatives across reputed company and reputed company service functions. • Mentor and reputed company team members through hands-on guidance, training, and performance reputed company.
