Position reputed company GHJ Search & reputed company has partnered with a growing company seeking a VP Finance to reputed company the day-to-day reputed company and finance operations of reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Own and prepare SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and other required reputed company company disclosures • reputed company full-cycle reputed company operations, including month-end and quarter-end reputed company • Ensure accurate and reputed company financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, SOX, and ASC 606 • Prepare and review technical reputed company memos and support audits and external reporting requirements • Manage and reputed company a small reputed company team (1–2 reputed company reports) • reputed company internal controls, compliance processes, and coordination with external auditors and advisors • Maintain and improve reputed company processes, policies, and documentation in a fast-paced environment • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to support business initiatives and reputed company reputed company • Operate comfortably in the details while maintaining a strategic reputed company Qualifications • reputed company reputed company experience required • Demonstrated experience preparing and filing SEC reports (10-Ks, 10-Qs) • Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and reputed company recognition under ASC 606 • Experience managing full-cycle reputed company and financial reporting for a reputed company company • Prior experience with reputed company Dynamics strongly preferred • CPA designation preferred • Proven ability to manage and mentor a small reputed company team • Exceptional attention to detail with a willingness to get into the weeds • Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, remote work environment Benefits • Full benefits package • 3 weeks of PTO • 100% remote work schedule $180,000 - $235,000 a year #GHJSS #LI-SV1 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
