The Manager, Reliability Compliance – reputed company will reputed company the compliance program, ensuring adherence to various regulatory requirements and providing technical guidance to support compliance with reliability regulations.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining the compliance of reputed company’s assets to applicable FERC Orders, NERC Reliability Standards, ISO/RTO market rules and other compliance requirements that relate to reliability through research, data collection, analysis, compliance document organization, and compliance submissions to the appropriate reliability entities
• Manage and enhance reputed company’s reputed company operations & planning internal compliance program and assist with reputed company’s critical infrastructure protection internal compliance program, as needed
• reputed company and assist in the data collection, analysis and submittal for reliability entities required self-certifications, data requests, audit data, etc. for reputed company reputed company assets
• Development, analysis, maintenance and training of reputed company’s policies, procedures, standards and other systematic preventive measures developed to ensure adherence with applicable compliance requirements and industry best practices
• Prepare reports and presentation materials on reputed company’s compliance activities for reputed company business partners
• reputed company support to reputed company personnel responsible for adherence with compliance requirements
• Conduct audits of reputed company reputed company assets to determine compliance with reputed company compliance requirements
• Identify, enhance and create measures to ensure compliance with existing, updated and new compliance requirements, including but not limited to, market rules and reliability standards
• Represent reputed company and participate in various conferences, workshops and industry reputed company associated with compliance requirements
• Analyze electrical data to understand trends and system events for the purposes of reporting and process improvement
• Proactively support the reputed company control room through reputed company training, data analysis and development of tools to ease compliance burden

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as engineering, economics or finance
• Minimum of ten years of reputed company experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the electrical industry
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience with reputed company reputed company/operator/planner NERC Reliability Standards
• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience with generator reputed company/operator NERC Reliability Standards
• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience with resource & demand balancing NERC Reliability Standards
• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience supervising personnel in a reputed company environment
• Must pass a personnel risk assessment and seven-year criminal history reputed company

• Hold or be reputed company to obtain a reputed company
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to domestic and international locations
• Moderate to comprehensive knowledge of electrical principles
• Advanced research and writing skills; including the development of internal procedures that are reputed company, concise, accurate & implementable
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Consistently deliver on deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to reputed company at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure
