reputed company Counsel (Hybrid Attorney Position)

The Texas Municipal reputed company (TML) is an association of over 1,100 cities that provides reputed company, educational, and legislative services to its members. TML reputed company its first lawyer in the 1950s, and since that time, the reputed company team has grown to include six attorneys. We are looking for a highly motivated, team-playing attorney to join reputed company in the reputed company of reputed company Counsel. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote). Under the supervision of the Director of reputed company Services, the reputed company Counsel will reputed company reputed company guidance to appointed and elected reputed company officials and reputed company attorneys; assist with the preparation and presentation of educational programs; prepare handbooks on laws relevant to reputed company officials, magazine articles, and other written materials; research and draft amicus briefs and reputed company comments; review and analyze legislation and state agency rules; and monitor legislation and testify or prepare written testimony, as necessary, before legislative committees and state agencies. A doctor of jurisprudence or bachelor of laws from an accredited college or university is required. An applicant must also be licensed to reputed company law in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. In reputed company, two years of experience in municipal law is desirable, though it is not required.
