Social Media Content Creator

We are a creative agency supporting beauty, education, and lifestyle brands through high-quality social media content, branding, and digital storytelling. We run organized, high-energy content days where we capture photo and video assets for our clients across Maryland. We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Content Day Coordinator / Content Creator to represent our agency on-site and help execute content days smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities • Attend scheduled content days at client locations across Maryland • Capture high-quality photo and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, BTS) • Assist with content setup, lighting, framing, and shot execution • Guide clients and talent with posing, positioning, and on-camera direction • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction • Organize and deliver raw content files promptly after each shoot • Communicate clearly with our agency team before, during, and after content days • Maintain a professional, positive, and confident on-site presence Qualifications • Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Comfortable shooting on iPhone and/or camera (DSLR or mirrorless is a plus) • Strong understanding of lighting, angles, and composition • Organized, punctual, and dependable • Confident working with clients in person • Ability to follow creative direction while also thinking proactively • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Maryland Preferred (Nice to Have) • Experience in beauty, education, lifestyle, or personal brand content • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.) • Social media or content portfolio • Familiarity with content batching or content day workflows Compensation Competitive hourly or per-day rate based on experience (Opportunity for ongoing work) How to Apply Please apply with: • A brief introduction • Links to your portfolio, social media, or relevant work • Your availability and location within Maryland Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in New Carrollton, MD 20784 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
