Key Responsibilities
• reputed company defense strategies and conduct reputed company research
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare dispositive motions
• Take or defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations
Required Qualifications
• reputed company law license in California and good standing in the state of residence
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant employment litigation experience
• High level of self-motivation and accountability for work product
• Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with attorneys and clients
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications
