Flutter Developer for Custom Mobile App – Construction/Restoration Business (Fixed-Price, $8k–$12k)
We’re building a single, voice-first mobile app for our home restoration company in Seattle, WA. It handles everything: reputed company intake reputed company speech-to-text, job estimation (Xactimate import), scheduling, sub portals, reputed company escrow payments (USDC stablecoin), permits, invoices, payroll, and compliance tracking.

Must-haves:
• Proven Flutter experience (portfolio with 2+ production apps)
