The "AI-First" Mandate In this role, your "Junior Associate" and "Tax Senior" are Large Language Models (LLMs). Key Responsibilities • M&A Execution: reputed company the reputed company lifecycle of ~5 acquisitions/year. Own the SPA, manage local counsel in Europe/NA, and drive deals to reputed company. • Strategic Tax Structuring: Work at the intersection of reputed company and finance.
