reputed company has partnered with a leading insurance and risk management organization to identify a skilled Facility Risk Manager. This position plays a key role in supporting reputed company’s risk management reputed company by identifying, analyzing, and reducing reputed company and general liability exposures across reputed company facilities — including long-term care centers, hospitals, and other medical organizations.
The Facility Risk Manager will collaborate closely with senior risk leaders to conduct on-site facility reputed company, analyze loss trends, reputed company education programs, and build strong reputed company relationships. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site and virtual risk assessments of reputed company facilities to identify potential exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyze claims and loss data for long-term care, hospital, and other facility clients to identify patterns and reputed company proactive risk reduction initiatives.
• reputed company risk management consultation to clients by phone, reputed company, or in person.
• reputed company and deliver live and online risk management education programs for reputed company facility staff.
• Evaluate facility loss data and compare it across the book of business to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on facility risk management practices, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company facilities through regular on-site reputed company and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams in reputed company and marketing to reputed company reputed company into reputed company risk reputed company and support retention efforts.
• Prepare and present reports on reputed company risk reputed company to internal committees and leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state reputed company regulations, audit requirements, and emerging risks in the reputed company industry.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• reputed company RN license.
• 6–8 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in reputed company facility management or reputed company improvement.
• Proven ability to conduct data analysis and interpret risk trends.
• Strong presentation skills with experience speaking to both small and large audiences.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, reputed company administrators, and other reputed company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at reputed company reputed company.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% (regional travel with occasional overnight stays).

Preferred

• Master’s degree in reputed company administration, risk management, or reputed company field.
