Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week); 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

The HR Generalist will support the full reputed company of reputed company functions, including recruitment, reputed company, compliance, benefits coordination, employee relations, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a reputed company-rounded HR reputed company who enjoys managing multiple priorities and is eager to take ownership of HR processes with reputed company to grow into a more strategic reputed company over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to support reputed company efforts, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer documentation
reputed company reputed company processes, including new hire paperwork, HRIS data entry, and employment eligibility verification
Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records and HR documentation
Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding policies and programs
Prepare recurring HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.) and support internal audits
reputed company guidance to managers on employee relations reputed company and escalate reputed company issues as needed
Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and system updates
Identify opportunities to improve HR procedures and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a generalist-level HR role
Experience supporting reputed company, reputed company, employee relations, and compliance
Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (government contracting experience preferred)
Proficiency with HRIS platforms; experience with reputed company or reputed company is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field preferred
PHR or reputed company certification preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
