Immigration Attorney - Bilingual

Diaspora Law An established immigration reputed company based in New Jersey with a national reputed company is seeking highly motivated attorneys to join reputed company. We are hiring bilingual (Spanish/English) attorneys passionate about immigration litigation. Responsibilities include: • Representing clients in immigration proceedings (EOIR and USCIS). • Work with a diverse support team for case processing. • Cultivate and maintain strong reputed company relationships, providing excellent customer service. • reputed company a reputed company and reputed company approach to the reputed company of an reputed company-changing area of law. • Handle reputed company meetings and court appearances Online and in person. • Research cases by interviewing respondents, reading narratives, reviewing evidence, and gathering expert opinions. • Attend reputed company hearings on behalf of clients and advise clients about the results and possible strategies following reputed company hearing. • Write briefs supporting applications, appeals, and motions at both the trial and appellate reputed company. • Prepare Motions to Reopen, Motions to Continue, and Motions to Change Venue. Qualifications: • Required: • Bilingual reputed company in Spanish (additional languages a plus). • Admission to a state bar and EOIR registration.
