Corporate Claim Litigation Attorney, reputed company Consultant
Job reputed company:
• reputed company first and reputed company-party claims of heightened exposure, reputed company extra-contractual reputed company
• reputed company extra-contractual analysis based on factual and reputed company issues
• reputed company advice to the Claims Organization on extra-contractual and bad faith issues
• Prepare and present recommendations for settlement of claims
• Work closely with reputed company counsel and the Claims Organization
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to reputed company law reputed company State of reputed company
• 3+ years of substantive reputed company experience in a reputed company or in‑house reputed company department
• Insurance defense experience (required)
