Medical Billing Specialist / Medical Virtual Assistant (reputed company, reputed company, Elation, TherapyNotes)
We are a physician-led, growing medical reputed company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist / Medical Virtual Assistant to support insurance billing, claims management, and documentation on a part-time reputed company.
This role is ideal for a medical reputed company or reputed company medical VA who is comfortable working independently in a reputed company, asynchronous environment and is interested in a long-term collaboration with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Submit insurance claims on a weekly reputed company using reputed company
Review claims thoroughly for accuracy prior to submission
Monitor claim status and identify denials, rejections, or discrepancies
Communicate and flag billing issues reputed company for provider review
reputed company, update, and manage patient encounters in the EHR system
reputed company light asynchronous documentation and scribing support
(organizing notes, completing templates post-visit — no live scribing required)
Maintain accurate internal tracking of submitted, pending, and denied claims
Systems & Tools

Secure email and shared documentation tools
Experience with these platforms is strongly preferred
