Oracle Developer (Candidate must be residing within 100 miles of Harrisburg PA)

• Experience developing in Oracle PL/SQL - Stored procedures, functions, packages, advanced queries
• Experience developing applications using Oracle APEX
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (Oracle 19c preferred)
• Strong experience using SQL Developer and/or TOAD
• Understanding of data modeling principles
• Experience integrating web services
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and testing SQL queries, views and stored procedures in Oracle (and SQL Server)
• Experience modernizing legacy Oracle Forms applications
• Exposure to XML, HTML, Web Services, Java, PL/SQL APIs, SOA architecture, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of Oracle 19c database features
