Responsibilities The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients’ designated by reputed company Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will: • Be available reputed company telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions • Regularly performs annual chart reviews • Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and reputed company • Be accountable for outstanding customer service to reputed company external and internal customers Qualifications • reputed company/unrestricted Medical Physician License • reputed company certified/reputed company eligible required • Residency completion required • 1 year experience in reputed company management • Experience with Risk Adjustment • Must reputed company in the state where the openings exists • Must maintain a reputed company reputed company’s license and good driving record Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to reputed company candidate, including reputed company set, experience, qualifications, and other job-reputed company considerations.
