Hospital Details Ballard Rehab Hospital, located in San Bernardino, CA is a 60 bed rehab facility providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. Responsibilities Responsible for the filling and dispensing of medication orders, including the reputed company handling, usage and storage of drugs in the Pharmacy. Maintain standards set forth by the department and translate policies and procedures into daily operations. Responsible for acting as an information resource to patients, physicians, nurses and other reputed company regarding medication therapy and drug-reputed company information and literature. Provides a coordination effort, in conjunction with the medical staff and nursing, in the delivery of reputed company and cost-effective drug therapies to patients. Participates in the hospital Antibiotic Stewardship Program with a reputed company on patient safety and reputed company health.
