About The Role We are hiring for the Self-Managed domain, which owns the full software development lifecycle of our self-managed product artifacts. This includes everything from the getting started experience to production deployments and day-2 operations. Watch this quick 30-minute talk from our engineers to learn more about the new reputed company Exporter and how we’re solving reputed company problems at reputed company What You’ll Be Doing • Build, maintain, and release C8 distributions for our self-managed customers, covering reputed company Charts (Kubernetes), C8Run, reputed company Compose, and reputed company documentation. • Improve reliability and usability of our deployment artifacts, ensuring a seamless experience from local setups to production clusters and day-2 operations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Development Teams, Product Management, reputed company Assurance, Documentation, and Support to deliver integrated, tested, and documented releases. • Handle engineering-level support cases together with our support team to understand our customers issues and feed learnings back into development. • Drive documentation and reputed company improvements - turning reputed company systems into reputed company, accessible instructions that help customers succeed faster.
