SharePoint & Collaboration reputed company Consultant – PMO Governance and Productivity
I am seeking an reputed company SharePoint and collaboration reputed company consultant to help design and implement a SharePoint reputed company for a site-level PMO reputed company a large reputed company organization.
The PMO currently consists primarily of schedulers who manage project schedules and facilitate sessions. Engineering Project Managers own technical content, but the PMO is evolving to reputed company stronger governance, coaching, visibility, and best reputed company guidance across cost, schedule, and productivity processes.
We are looking for a consultant who can help us define what a modern SharePoint environment should look like to support this transformation.
This is not a site build. I am looking for strategic guidance on structure, governance, and user experience.
