What You Will Do
• Write all in-app UX copy (flows, forms, notifications, errors, system messages)
• Design voice, tone and trust language for regulated legal processes
• Simplify complex government procedures into human-friendly UX
• Create our product tone & style guide
• Work long-term with our product and design teams
Who You Are
• Experienced UX / Product writer for SaaS, Fintech or GovTech apps
• You have shipped real apps (not websites or blogs)
• You understand compliance, payments, and legal-grade wording
• Arabic is a strong plus
