[Remote] Corporate Finance Manager - Hyper Growth Publicly Traded Company - 100% Remote

PCG Talent Network is representing a fast-growing, publicly traded consumer technology company seeking a Corporate Finance Manager for 3-4 months of parental leave coverage. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to manage cash flow forecasting, financial integrations, and investor reporting in a dynamic public company environment. Responsibilities • Own recurring integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite (GL accounts, departments, org updates) • Manage Adaptive ↔ Causal integrations, including cash flow data imports • Reconcile integration outputs to financial results; identify and resolve discrepancies • Support ad hoc system maintenance, enhancements, and process improvements • Maintain monthly reporting files (Google Sheets & Slides) • Update analyst consensus tracking as new data becomes available • Support board deck preparation, including variance analysis and commentary • Analyze actual vs. budget performance to support forecast reporting • Own components of cash flow forecasting (prepaids, capex, BvA analysis) • Contribute to investor relations materials and quarterly external reporting • Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate financial deliverables • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities • Optimizes end-to-end financial data flows and connects systems to drive accurate reporting and insights Skills • 5+ years of corporate finance / FP&A experience in high-growth or public companies • Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite (required) • Advanced Excel; experience with financial systems integrations and reconciliations • Proven ownership of recurring forecasting, cash flow, and executive/board reporting • Systems-oriented thinker with strong analytical and data integrity standards • Experience with Causal or similar planning tools • SQL (Databricks/Snowflake) • Google Sheets/Slides Company Overview • The PCG Talent team has served clients and candidates for over 20 years across finance, accounting, HR, sales/marketing, legal, and IT roles.
