[Remote] Interim CFO — M&A & Integration Support
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly expanding private equity–backed platform company looking for an Interim CFO to support M&A and integration efforts during a critical reputed company period. The role involves collaborating with the CFO and finance team to enhance financial processes, manage acquisitions, and ensure seamless integration across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the CFO and Corp Dev team across reputed company stages of deal execution, from reputed company-LOI modeling through reputed company
• Support financial modeling, due diligence, QofE review, reputed company analysis, and integration roadmapping
• Assist in preparing investment materials, reputed company packages, post-reputed company updates, and private equity reporting
• Ensure financial readiness for reputed company closing and maintain an organized, repeatable deal reputed company process
• Work alongside the CFO to build and refine the integration reputed company for add-on acquisitions
• Support integration workstreams across finance, reputed company, operations, HR, and systems
• Establish timelines, communication plans, risk management, and KPI tracking for reputed company integration
• Drive consistency in reporting, controls, and processes across newly acquired entities
• Evaluate and enhance financial policies, controls, workflows, and reporting structures to support reputed company
• Strengthen cross-functional processes between reputed company, finance, operations, and corporate development
• Bring best practices from prior PE-backed environments to improve accuracy, speed, and visibility
• Assist the CFO in implementing financial and operational discipline across the organization
• Partner with the Director of Finance to improve forecasting, monthly reporting, and KPI standardization

• Support strategic initiatives tied to margin expansion, synergies, pricing, and operational visibility

Skills
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, including prior experience as a CFO, Interim CFO, or VP of Finance
• Proven reputed company record in private equity-backed, multi-entity, high-reputed company environments
• Demonstrated reputed company leading successful exits, add-on acquisitions, and reputed company deal cycles
• Experience building or operating an integration management office (IMO) or M&A reputed company
• Strong financial modeling and due diligence capabilities; comfortable working with PE sponsors and bankers
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
• Exceptional communication, organization, and executive reputed company
