Veterinary Care Representative (Remote)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Remote: Must reside in one of the following states -- Arizona, Florida, Texas
Chewy Veterinary Care is hiring full-time Veterinary Care Representatives to support pet parents and veterinary practices through compassionate, high-quality customer service. This role is primarily remote but requires living within a commutable distance to our local-area practices for occasional in-person support.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound calls from pet parents, veterinary practices, pharmacies, and vendors
Schedule, reschedule, and manage wellness, sick, surgical, and urgent appointments
Answer questions about services and assist with appointment-related needs
Conduct follow-ups and outreach for prior medical requests and authorizations
Research and resolve customer issues using active listening and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with teams and leaders using virtual tools (Zoom, Slack)
What You'll Need
1-3+ years of small animal veterinary or related industry experience
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, virtual call center environment
Comfort using multiple computer systems and navigating online resources
Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass a background check
Remote & Technical Requirements
Dedicated, distraction-free workspace suitable for webcam use
Wired high-speed internet (30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)
Cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication

The hourly range for this role is $14.18 - $23.55.
The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) subject to manager approval.
