Solutions Architect – North America Join Plotline as an early Solutions Architect in North America and play a pivotal role in driving customer integrations as we expand internationally. As a critical member of our go-to-market and customer success team, you’ll partner with enterprise clients to architect robust solutions using our platform, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value. About Our Company • Expanding into North America as part of our global growth strategy • Serving leading apps such as Step, mFour, and more • Proven record as an enterprise-grade app personalization platform • Opportunity to help shape our customer integration strategy with leadership and product teams About This Role As our first North American Solutions Architect, you’ll work directly with enterprise customers, guiding them through solution design, technical integration, and rollout on Plotline. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor – translating business requirements into practical, scalable solutions and ensuring seamless onboarding for high-value clients. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to bridge the gap between customer needs and our technical capabilities. Key Challenges You’ll Solve • Enterprise Integration: Architect and deliver customized integrations for enterprise and mid-market clients • Technical Enablement: Advise client technical teams on optimal use of Plotline’s capabilities and APIs • Customer Onboarding: Lead the technical portion of onboarding, ensuring clients are set up for success • Solution Scalability: Ensure designs meet reliability, security, and scalability requirements for complex environments • Feedback Loop: Relay client technical needs and feedback to internal product and engineering teams Outcomes Expected • Q1 Objectives: Successfully architect and deliver onboarding for the first 3–5 North American enterprise clients • Q2 Objectives: Establish repeatable integration playbooks and reduce customer onboarding times • Year 1 Objectives: Serve as lead architect on $2M+ of new customer deployments; help define best practices for NA enterprise integrations Responsibilities Technical Solutioning & Integration • Collaborate with enterprise customers to gather technical requirements • Design, document, and present integration architectures tailored to client needs • Advise on best practices for leveraging Plotline’s APIs, SDKs, and platform features • Troubleshoot integration challenges and coordinate solutions across cross-functional teams Customer Enablement & Support • Lead technical onboarding sessions and workshops with client engineering teams • Serve as technical point of contact throughout pre- and post-sales engagement • Build strong relationships with client technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor Internal Collaboration • Work closely with product and engineering to provide customer feedback and influence the roadmap • Develop internal documentation and integration resources to support scaling customer adoption in North America Requirements Professional Experience • 2+ years experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles (preferably in SaaS/AI/enterprise software) • Strong background in software integration, APIs, and/or app platforms • Hands-on experience working with enterprise clients and technical teams Core Competencies Technical Acumen • Deep understanding of cloud architectures, REST APIs, and integration patterns • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Client-Facing Communication • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for varying audiences Project Leadership • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple customer projects Team Player • Collaborative mindset; thrives in cross-functional environments • Eager to share knowledge and build scalable processes Analytical & Consultative • Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative approach to customer needs • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-growing environments Ready to Architect Our NA Growth?
