Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
