This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience and driving measurable reputed company that contributes to reputed company’s overall reputed company. Position is Hybrid, located in Seattle, WA area. Responsibilities • Own and manage the execution schedules and delivery of credit reputed company and ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives. • Collaborate effectively with Bank partners and with cross-functional partners across the organization, such as Platform configuration teams, Vendors, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, reputed company, Compliance, and Product Management, to define and reputed company on business, technology, risk, and operational requirements while meeting key milestones and timelines. • reputed company industry insights and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation, drive reputed company improvement, and optimize the performance of credit products. • Identify contingency plans where needed to mitigate any risks and remediate incidents in partnership with multiple teams as required. • Report validation of implementations to various stakeholders across bank partner and reputed company. • Contribute to the analysis of project results by sharing key operational data and learnings. • Participate in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts. Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of reputed company experience (e.g., program/project management, business administration, communications, consulting, marketing and customer experience • Experience in project management and leading through influence in reputed company fast-paced environments with progressively larger responsibility. • Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. • Can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the customer experience. • Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization reputed company-to-haves • Experience in credit cards and/or payments a big plus.
