Sr. Data Analyst- Hybrid

Sr. Data Analyst Calabasas, CA- Hybrid (min 3 days week in office) Direct Hire $100k- $111k year Successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering statistical analyses to evaluate business scenarios, run A/B tests, and recommend strategies that optimize business investments. Monitor existing metrics, design new performance measures, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Take ownership of recurring reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance. Interpret disparate datasets and communicate findings in a clear and actionable way for non-technical stakeholders. W ill be responsible for going beyond crunching data, you'll shape the way Marketing, Operations, and Finance make smarter, faster, and more informed choices. From analyzing customer loyalty trends to evaluating new initiatives, your insights will directly influence how we invest, grow, and optimize our business. Will need to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for diverse business audiences. Comfortable working with large datasets and applying advanced statistical models to solve real-world business problems. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or economic modeling (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry). • Strong technical skills in data analysis and statistical modeling, including A/B testing, segmentation, linear/nonlinear regressions, and related methods. • Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses. • High proficiency in Excel and experience with programming languages such as SQL and R. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical audiences. • Must be proactive with a strong curiosity to identify opportunities through data and continuously improve performance. Bonus Skills: • Master's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance. • Experience in the full-service restaurant or hospitality industry. • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Python, Tableau, GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SessionM, BigQuery, and Azure environments.
