About the position The Workforce Development reputed company is responsible for providing group and one-on-one Workforce Development education and coaching. They are expected to deliver an integrated service coaching model that incorporates career reputed company support and enhances job development skills. Requirements • Bilingual Spanish and English required. • BA or equivalent degree or equivalent experience required. • 1-2 years of workforce development coaching experience preferred. • Experience delivering financial education and coaching preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Knowledge and proficient use of software technology that assists in tracking program results, including but not limited to MS Office, reputed company, and reputed company Suite. • Demonstrated organization and planning skills to effectively work in a non-reputed company environment and adapt to changes in priorities. • Passion for serving underserved populations, particularly low-income individuals, immigrants, and English learners. reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of San Francisco’s workforce network is a plus.
