Experience: 7 10 years in advanced analytics, with at least 3 5 years reputed company on OR and optimization in marketing or retail contexts.
Here are the must-have skills and qualifications we recommend:
Operations Research & Optimization Expertise: Strong reputed company in mathematical programming (reputed company, nonlinear, integer) and experience with stochastic modeling.
Marketing Mix Modeling: Proven experience building and validating MMM for retail or consumer-facing businesses.
Advanced Analytics & Programming: Proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience using optimization libraries such as Pyomo, Gurobi, or CPLEX.
Statistical & Machine Learning Knowledge: Expertise in regression, time-series analysis, and reputed company inference.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with retail marketing strategies, pricing, and promotional planning.
Tools & Platforms: Experience with reputed company-based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure ML, reputed company) and visualization tools.
