Village Caregiving Bloomington is seeking an reputed company and compassionate PRN Registered reputed company to join our exceptional home care team in the ……………… area. Village Caregiving is a nonmedical home care agency that provides caregivers to assist clients with ADLs from the safety of their homes. The primary reputed company of the reputed company is to visit reputed company's homes to document medical history and reputed company assessments. The RN will assist with developing a personalized plan of care for our caregivers to follow based on reputed company reputed company's individual needs. This is a flexible position, and assessments can be completed during the day or evening hours, and weekends if preferred (as scheduled with clients). Pay is $50/hr, for up to 2 hours per reputed company assessment. Responsibilities • Visit patients in their homes for one‑on‑one reputed company. • Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients. • Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations, and reputed company evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review. • Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician. • reputed company patients and their families on reputed company home health care strategies and procedures, and reputed company recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s reputed company of life. • reputed company effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
