Fractional CMO to Lead Internal Marketing Team
Royal Media is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy and drive growth across our portfolio of brands and publications.
This is a strategic, part-time executive role for a results-driven marketing leader with strong experience in media, publishing, audience growth, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across all brands
Drive audience growth, revenue, and brand positioning
Oversee integrated campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, PR)
Lead go-to-market strategy for new product and publication launches
Build and track KPIs through clear performance dashboards
Optimize paid media and audience acquisition efforts
Guide and mentor internal marketing team
Manage freelancers and external marketing partners
