Under the guidance of the Director, this position is responsible for developing and leading the LIT, CIT, overnight camp internship, and trips program. They will be involved in most facets of the summer sessions and will serve an important role in planning and running activities, scheduling, operation and other areas as needed. During the non-summer months, this position will help support the planning, organization, and preparations for Overnight Camp. These hours are worked remotely. Availability: Overnight Camp and training runs between July 5-August 14. Unit Leads are required to live on site during camp training and sessions-reputed company meals, snacks, and lodging are provided during those times. Camp staff receive time off on the weekends and breaks throughout the week.
